JANUARY 2021

The past two months were probably the cleanest ever in my entire life. No thoughts, 0 urges, saw a provoking ad in a street, just turned my head away from it. Living more in the present, handling difficult emotions like a mature person. Nevertheless, I know that it's just 2 months, but I can feel that something is different about me, the way I talk to strangers, children, relatives, friends and women. People also notice that. The funny thing is that this type of success was probably caused by realizations during this tough period (lockdown):

-masculinity is important to me. I have to have an attitude towards life, otherwise I could be leading a purposeless life which is dangerous.
-values correlated to your life's vision is a powerful tool. Just do things... nobody cares. Just do!
-life is short, any day can be the last.
-regrets are building up because of not living your life to the fullest.
- my childhood experiences lead me to being cold and unfeeling, unable to express emotions, wishes and lacking social/communication skills...
I am learning new things and I owe it to myself. Live and let live.

step by positive step
but perhaps now is time to stop counting the days and really appreciate the direction of travel in your life

the job is not yet done but we both now know that it is doable
so do it

Thank You Kenzo, I have no words to describe how grateful I am.

It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men - Frederick Douglass

It is doable, I have repaired so many parts of myself (Not only addictions, but the past and relationships) And there is still something to learn every day. I appreciate this journey; not forgetting that life should be lived.
