Yes for sure addiction is personal but RN provides you with a platform to be totally open and honest, to face your truths, your demons
RN is non judgemental and for sure anonymous so why not expose yourself to yourself
It is liberating and does help to loosen those shackles that you have chosen to subject yourself to
