Thank you for allowing me to take part in Recovery Nation. I truly need this! I'm in the UK and in lock down for the second time with the rest of the UK. There will be no better time than right now to commit to my recovery.

I started the the exercise on the 1st October 2020. I have only done 5 exercises in my recovery note book. I will be updating my thread from tomorrow onward. once I typed them up

Hi DoogyRev

Welcome to RN. This is definitely an ideal time to commit to your recovery. Take your time with the exercises but also make sure that you stick to doing them on a regular basis. I found it really helpful to draw up a plan in advance as to when I would complete each lesson. I didn't always stick to it 100% but it helped provide an overall structure and a sense of moving through the programme.

Look forward to reading your posts.

Stay safe.

Tim
