For me it was easiest to write it from what I wanted if I was watching my funeral. Who did I want there, what would they be saying. What do I want to do before I die.

What rn wants is to be able to see you, feel who u are, what matters to u, how can we tell u apart from others.

Writing it with your senses involved helped to, what does it sound like, look like, ect.

Make sure to take the 20/min alone like exercise says.

Just posted another thread, example for u on forum.

Make sure u have six to eight areas of interest.

Good luck this was one of the hardest lessons for me. Gets easier ahead!

And important is, just to have a good start. You can re-adjust your vision or expand it during recovery or
after, if necessary.

I did what sunbeam said:). Intention was to help get through this so you could keep going:). Jon said even a "wrong" vision at least gets us moving somewhere!
