• Honesty
o I will be truthful with my wife at all times
o I will not lie by omission
o If I am not honest about the small details of something, Rosemary has the right to suspect I have lied about the entire event.
o Rosemary has the right to rely on circumstantial evidence to come to a conclusion as to whether or not I have been truthful.
• Enhancing my spiritual awareness.
o Taking time to be quiet with God must come first in each day.
o Daily scripture reading is crucial.
o Surround myself with Godly men.
o Listen for God in my life that I may hear his will for me.
• Strengthening my role as a partner to Rosemary.
o Fully accept responsibility for all of my actions.
o Be mindful how I respond to Rosemary…Tone and inflection count
o Put Rosemary’s needs before my own…DAILY

In reviewing my boundaries...I have not found a situation where these boundaries will not hold up and keep me on the correct path. At this time I do not find the need for modification or strengthening of them.

Lesson 40

To know another person's boundaries, communication is key. You need to be able to talk to each other openly and ensure each of you are clear what the boundaries are. Once these boundaries have been established, all parties need to respect them. If you become aware of a boundary violation, (weather by self discovery or by them telling you) immediately stop what is causing the violation and communicate with the person. At this point, I would hope the violation was not an intentional act but by accident. One of the first things to do is to apologize for the violation and rectify the situation to prevent from further violations.

Hi BKA,

Good to see your progress here in RN.
Just wanted to post you a reminder based on exercise #2 on the vision you have developed earlier, and to check if they are still consistent with your current progress here in RN.
Hope you will continue to make your recovery journey a fruitful one here. :g:
