A:
1) actively committing yourself to change
a: I always took an easy path which offers the least resistance.when I took my addiction seriously it lasts only for a short period of time and I have always tried to grab on external things for my recovery. I have to face all of the mess that I have created head-on.

2) not allowing guilt/shame to sabotage your commitment to change
a: it affected me sometimes


3) allowing yourself time to change. 
a: I have been allotted a lot of time for the change

B:
1. I want to live a healthy life
2. I want to live in reality
3. I want to live a life free from anxiety and fear
4. I want to be in a real relationship
5. I want to accomplish things that I want in my life
6. I want to have more confidence in myself
7. I want to make clear decisions in my life
8. I want to be a person who follows truth
9. I want to be a person, who follows his principles no matter what.
10. I want to be a successful person
