Lesson 01:

I want to maintain an energetic rhythm throughout the recovery course by active participation and so I have decided to put more time and efforts during starting phase of lessons. A good thing is that, I don't give attentions to guilt/Shame about my past, those were different situations and I am a good human from core of my heart.

Why I seek permanent change in my life.

I want to spend my energy on my interests and dreams.
I want to gain self respect.
To rule my life and mind.
To feel clean and confident.
To be faithful to my wife.
I see myself as a role model for others.
I want to be physically strong.
I want positive and healthy mind.
Want to generate meaning from other half of my life.
To be more social and interactive.
To work freely on my goals.
I no more enjoy these activities.
To develop my personality in my own way.

Thanks Coach Kenzo,

Just want to know if it is possible to have personal coaching form you or anyone who is available currently?
I have sent several email for personal coaching but couldn't receive any response. Currently I am in better condition then I used to be 5 years ago but can't afford another relapse in future.

Thanks again!!

Lesson 2: Vision

Physical activities provides me sense of confidence and accomplishment, I want to build a life where I maintain fitness, energy and a great body shape throughout my life. I want to see myself as a great communicator also who can express freely and confidently. I like to be an expertise of Public speaking and a man of this own thoughts. For last many years I have been involved in meditation and have developed it as my habit so would like to continue practicing because it provides me in-depth understanding about life. One has to spend significant amount of time at work so I want to construct a career were I can achieve work satisfaction and reputation. Being socially rich has always attached me so will keep myself socially connected, involved and having good friends across the world !!

I am a volunteer coach with the only qualification of having been where you are but probably deeper into that shit, and having found RN, recovered
I thus cannot provide private coaching, but will help you if I can
I believe that private coaching is currently not available but will check with the admin side

THE COACH Jon provided this course for free to all that commit to it and believe me it works, there are many proven recovered sex addicts that have passed through this transitional journey and you can to
but only if you choose to
choose wisely and choose now

Lesson 10 : Absolute Honesty

I have shared details about my struggle on sexual fantasy with my partner up to the extent she can understand. Sharing everything can break my relationship and will have to stop the recovery, which make no sense to me. Rather I have decided to be honest going forward and not deceiving her and myself.

List of Sexual behavior:
No Magazine/Pictures/Videos. All are available on internet now.
Browser for porn and then masturbate.
Had few erotic web-chats.
Handful Escorts and massage sessions.
Monthly visit of Strip clubs.
Staring to women everyday and fantasy about them.

,
just a thought
your recovery depends only upon you
your relationship status should not be a factor as to whether you achieve recovery or not

the extent of your honesty is of course your decision and yours alone but if gaps exist then who knows what your wife may imagine
your call
choose wisely but do choose

I am seeing adverse effects of addiction on my mental health as its destroying my memory and I am unable to concentrate on daily routine.
Its very hard for me to focus on recovery process but somehow I am managing to continue and learning insights of this workshop. Absolute honesty is a critical element for success and I am honest to myself. I be genuine to the world but don't disclose my compulsive behavior.

I respect your opinion and thanks for sharing your thoughts, but at this moment I don't have courage to share everything with my partner. I can't afford more stress in current situation. Thanks Again.
