how to do lesson 15?whether i have to refer exercises from 'lesson-5' or exercise from 'lesson 6 and 7'

Lesson 15 Exercises:
I. Take a minute to review what you have learned over the past two weeks. Of what you have learned so far, think of one example of how you have actively integrated that information into your day-to-day life. Share this in your personal thread.


I think it's up to you to decide which previous lessons you integrate into your reflection. The biggest takeaway is that you should look to see what progress you have made throughout the past lessons in making the principles of recovery a part of your daily life.

hai brother... how to do exercise 15?either i should concern ex-5 in doing ex-15.... or concern ex-6 in doing ex-15.
