1) What were the most important decisions I made today where I used my values to guide me?
2) What were the most important decisions I made today where I used my emotions to guide me?
3) What two life skills will I be actively looking for opportunities to strengthen tomorrow?
4) What will be the most likely obstacle(s) that I will face tomorrow that might threaten my stability/health? Have I thought about how I will manage that situation?
5) What obstacles, if any, arose today that threatened my health? Was I prepared? DId I protect my value system?
6) How balanced was my life today? How balanced am I now (e.g. am I starting the day fresh or carrying over the emotions from yesterday and thus, starting myself off in a hole)?
